Nathan McNamee is the Vice President of Retirement Plan Services at Total Wealth Management, Inc. As such, he oversees the firm's Retirement Plan Group. Nate has extensive experience as an advisor to corporate retirement plans, with expertise in regulatory compliance, management of fiduciary risk, plan provider selection and monitoring, investment option selection and monitoring, employee and fiduciary education, and fee analyses and comparisons, as well as other prudent plan fiduciary practices. Nate is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®), a highly respected credential issued by The Center for Fiduciary Studies. He is also a member of The Committee for the Fiduciary Standard, an organization publicly advocating the legislative and regulatory action to require adherence by anyone who provides advice to the fiduciary standard.
Douglas Shoemaker is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional, and Co-Founder of Total Wealth Management, Inc. He is an Emeritus Chapter President for The Society for Financial Awareness, a 501(c)3 non-profit educational organization. This association has vaulted Douglas into the public eye as an experienced and highly-requested public educator. He also hosts the radio show Intelligent Wealth. Douglas attributes his teaching ability to his father, Steve, a former high school teacher and his public speaking ability to his mother, Joan, former mayor of El Cajon. The combination of these talents has led Douglas to become the primary financial educator at various San Diego-based corporations.


Bruce Soltani graduated from Texas A&M in 1983 with a BS degree in Petroleum Engineering. He has accumulated twelve years of broad experience in the Oil and Gas industry, including acquisition, reservoir, drilling, production and operation engineering. Demonstrating his commitment to high standards of professionalism, Mr. Soltani received the distinguished licensure of Professional Engineer (PE) in 1988. Mr. Soltani is also a skilled financial professional with over ten years experience in personal and corporate consulting. He holds the Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) designation and is licensed in securities, insurance and real estate. Mr. Soltani is also working toward his Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) credential. Through his philosophy of an "integrated" approach to financial consulting, Mr. Soltani has helped many individuals, families and businesses create new wealth and protect their assets. He attributes his success to always putting the needs of his clients first.
Mark Dionne is the head of TWM Accountancy, specializing in the planning and preparation of individual and business income tax returns. Mark has appeared as a guest speaker on local radio programs talking about important tax tips and strategies for business owners and other high net-worth individuals. He is registered with the California Tax Education council and holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Mark also currently sits as the Chief Executive Officer of a local San Diego corporation.
After graduating high school, Jake left his hometown of Idaho Falls, Idaho and completed a two year religious mission in Colombia South America where he attained fluency in both written and spoken Spanish. Upon returning from Colombia he completed a B.A. at Utah Valley State Universtiy in Orem, Utah.
